Is it safe to get lipo 360 BBL, fat transfer to breast and tummy tuck in a one-day surgery?

Thanks for your question. The lower abdomen fat that is thrown away in a tummy tuck can be used for BBL. For appropriate candidates who want BBL and tummy tuck I perform them at the same time so that fat is not wasted. There are many factors that can affect fat reabsorption but i do have my patients  put pillows under their back and thighs to take pressure off the buttocks non the less.  For safety I stay within 5 hours. Multiple procedures can increase risk but TT and BBL can be combined in the right patient in the right hands.Best wishes.

There are multiple advantages to combining the procedures including having fat available for a BBL and breast augmentation, having a single recovery and also an advantage in terms of the total cost. The most important factor against combining the procedures is safety which will depend on the extent of surgery needed and the total time taken . I usually try to keep the total duration of surgery to less than five or six hours. . Fat transfer to breast, 360 Lipo/BBL, and TT can be done safely at the same time in 6 hours or less with favorable outcome, one recovery, and less expense.  The one major drawback is that resting comfortably following the surgery is a challenge.  I recommend that my patients sleep on their sides.  Patients can also rest in other positions as long as the other areas do not receive pressure.  There are creative ways to manage this. For example, my patient coordinator recommends a plastic inflatable with a hole in it (called a lilo), where instead of your tummy, you place your butt, so you can sleep on your back with pillows propping up your neck and head.  I typically do liposuction of the front with the BAM and then liposuction of the back with the fat transfer. Special care is taken so that the breasts are not compressed during the BBL. If you prefer to stage the procedures, have the TT six months after the other surgeries.

Based in your question, different procedures can be done at the same time with no problem, as long as you're healthy enough to do it. Stable weight, hemoglobine levels above 13, type of anesthesia that your body needs, and other factors doctors takeinto consideration. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.

Providing that you are a smaller size, do not require much of liposuction and need relatively small TT, that may be O.K. However, different states have their own regulations about how much luposuction can be done with other major procedure (like TT in your case) as well as limits of time when surgery is performed in ambulatory, outpatient center. Discuss these issues of safety with your surgeon in detail before you commit yourself to such elaborate and lengthy surgery. Good luck.

personally recommend performing a BBL first and then a Tummy Tuck at a
later date. Combining a tummy tuck with a BBL makes recovery difficult.
One cannot sleep on their stomach (TT) or their back (BBL). To get
the best results, I generally recommend to perform the lipo/BBL first
and then perform a tummy tuck six or more months later to address loose
skin. I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon (virtually or in
person) so they may assess you determine what procedures you are a
candidate for.

It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

I appreciate your concerns and confusion, however most board-certified plastic surgeons prefer to stage that many procedures. It is safer and better for your recovery. BBL and Tummytuck operations each carry a higher incidence of blood clot formation and possible harm or blockage of the lungs. Performing them simultaneously statistically increases the chances of this occurring. Also, recovery from BBL requires no pressure on your buttocks for two weeks after surgery to preserve fat take. You also cannot lie on your stomach after tummy tuck, so this limits the positions that you can recover.  Also, the maximum OR time for an ambulatory operation should be no more than 6 hours, BBL and MM certainly takes longer.  It is best to perform the BBL first, to allow your surgeon to harvest as much fat as possible for transfer to your buttocks and breasts. 4 to 6 months later, The remaining mommy makeover surgery can then be performed. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to increase chances for the safest and best possible results. Best of luck.

Combining procedures is common and considered safe, but there is a limit.  Typically surgeons will limit surgical time to 6 hours or less.  The health history of the patient is also a key consideration.  With the procedures you are considering you may want to speak to your surgeon about positioning during recovery as you will be unable to lay on your front or back.
