Thank you for your question. You will benefit from a breast lift with balancing of the two sides. It is often possible to give a nice upper pole fullness without implants. There are a variety of techniques that can accomplish this including internal bra, autologous fat grafting and internal suturing. Based on your pictures, you will definitely need a breast lift. Placement of an implant will give you more long term upper pole fullness, but a large implant also adds weight and makes you more prone to recurrent sagging. Many surgeons will do an addition/subtraction procedure where the implant is used to add volume to the upper breast, and tissue is removed from the lower breast to improve the shape and diminish the weight of tissue in the lower pole of the breast. Sometimes and internal mesh is also used to help support the tissue in an attempt to diminish recurrent ptosis or sagging.

Over many years, I developed a technique called "Reductive Augmentation" in which a breast augmentation is performed with removal of inferior pole breast tissue and breast lift. This procedure is particularly suitable for patients who would like smaller, but more round appearing breasts with upper pole fullness. It appears from your photos that you are an excellent candidate for mommy makeover surgery. You have a significant amount of breast tissue, however they are asymmetrical and ptotic or sagging. Attractive and perky breasts can be achieved with a breast lift alone without implants. This combined with tummy tuck and liposuction contouring of your flanks appears to be your best option. Be certain you are consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon in Miami to greatly increase your chances for the safest and best possible result. Good luck.

Your breasts are large and you do not need implants.  However, you do need a lift using The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Based in your question and the pictures you showed, you are a great candidate for a breast augmentation with the lollipop lift. Since you already have big breasts, we could do a reduction first, add implants and perform a lift. You may want to consider breast augmentation sub muscular. 
Know that the size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. 
If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on limited photos - a slight reduction/ lift should give you the size and shape you desire. A small implant can be added for additional firmness at the same. I suggest that you discuss it with your chosen Board Certified PS

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Depending on what your goals are when you refer to an implant look you may wish to consider staging procedures with a reduction/lift in a first stage and implant placement in a second.  If you are interested in only the upper pole fullness an implant provides than an implant and lift may be a good option for you.  Hope this helps.
