I weigh 121 pounds, stay in shape by running, paddle boarding, and weight bearing exercises (utilize the gym for strength training when possible, but obviously cannot during COVID). I've had (3) C-sections from my three daughters. My girls are 21, 23, and 28 years of age at this time. Thank you.
Answer: Can a 50-year old woman get a breast lift or smaller-sized augmentation and tummy tuck done at the same time? This would be considered a mommy makeover. You would be able to have these procedures done at the same time. The ideal candidate is a healthy woman at any age that does not indent to have any further pregnancies. It is best to see a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you require a breast lift and/or augmentation.

Answer: My recommendation Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. It all depends on your general health condition. If your exams say you are healthy enough, I cant see any problem. Know that the size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. It is important that you communicate to your board-certified plastic surgeon what are expecting, to make certain that your goals are realistic. It's helpful to show pictures of results you'd like, but please keep in mind that these are other people and your body is different from everybody. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :) Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: Combination of surgeries Dear jenhollifield, I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others. Answer: Combining plastic surgery procedures Theoretically the procedures that you are asking for, can be combined and done at one stage. This is not possible in all cases and depends on the extent of the requested procedures. That means that you have to be referred to a board-certified Plastic Surgeon who will have a detailed view of the problem, decide which method is suitable for your case and then tell you the pros and cons of the procedures. Keep always in mind that combining procedures increase the possibility of complications. The golden ratio between one-stage procedure and the possibility of complications depends on the opinion of the Plastic Surgeon and your decision.
