Question

I wanted cool sculpting/ultratherapy but was nervous about them because of complaints,while talking to doctors I realized they wouldn't be enough, I thought about lipo and became aware of thermitight. For my body, would that do anything with fat removal? How does it work? What if I don't gain weight after the procedure. Will the skin bounce back and become loose,I feel as if thermitight is like squishing skin closer to the body and doesn't really melt fat? or does it work differently? Thank you

ThermiTight on its own can help reduce small pockets of localized fat. It will also tighten skin. It is often used in combination with liposuction procedures. Looking at your pictures CoolSculpting would be an option for you, but you would need multiple rounds to multiple areas for optimal results. Liposuction is another option. Please see an experienced physician who can determine which treatment would be most appropriate for you after an in-person evaluation.

Although ThermiTight is used to treat skin laxity, it can certainly produce some fat reduction. It works best where there is a small amount of fat. If it is anymore than that, liposuction combined with Thermi will probably give you a better result. This is best determined in the consultation process. Best of luck.

Fat removal is all about choices and the question is
which might be your best choices Here in our office at Key Laser we offer
several choices in fat removal, 
CoolSculpting, Vanquish, UltraShape, ThermiTight, and the just FDA
cleared ThermiSmooth 250, for "slimming".

So which of these make good choices for you? For the
"bra fat" good choices are in our experience CoolSculpting, or
Ultrashape which are totally non invasive, and ThermiTight which uses a beneath
the surface probe to dissolve fat.

For the flanks and abdomen, this is a much larger surface
area to treat. Here you might want to consider alternating weeks of Vanquish RF,
one week treating the back hips, the "muffin top" area turning and
doing lower abdomen, with the next week treating just the upper abdomen, in a
series sequence of at least four to six treatment sequences.

Lipo gets rid of the fat -- thermi tight helps tighten the skin. The two are done together. Thermi alone does not get rid of fat unless there is only a little.
