I work out regularly and eat pretty ok. But my back and waist just won't budge. Even when I was younger and a lot skinner i had this issue. I have inserted some pics of me from the back as well as a "goal" picture. I just want to know if a BBL is right for me. And would I be able to obtain something like my goal look. Also note that one hip is higher then the other.
Answer: Weight Loss Hello! Thank you for your question. Based on your photos and BMI you are not a good candidate for cosmetic surgery at this time. In order to achieve your goal it is recommended you loose weight before considering surgery. I suggest getting your BMI below 30. In addition to improving your over all results it will decrease your risks of surgery. The higher the BMI the more room for possible complications. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon once you have achieved a BMI of under 30. Best of luck in your journey

Answer: My recommendation Hello darling,Thank you for the question and photos.. after analysing your case.. I can suggest you, due to the excess of skin in your back area, is a extended tummy tuck combined with vaser liposuction and a back lift. This will give you great results! In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 31 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia

Answer: BBL candidate Thank you for your question. To provide a valid medical opinion I will need to see pictures of you body from different angles. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results. Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: High waist, short torso. Would a BBL be good for me? My BMI 32. (Photos) Most board certified PSs look for a BMI close to 30 to decrease the risk of complications during and after surgery and to enhance results. Contrary to popular belief, liposuction is not a weight-loss procedure. Yes, subcutaneous fat is removed from the body, but only from certain areas. It’s a cosmetic procedure that leads to smoother skin and a more sculpted figure, but it’s not intended to help someone who is overweight lose weight or address skin laxity. Proper diet and exercise are highly encouraged after recovering from the procedure to upkeep the intended results. Recommend that you consult with your PCP to determine a diet plan that will help you reach within 10 pounds of your goal weight and stabilize it for six months prior to having lipo and BBL.

Answer: High waist, short torso. Would a BBL be good for me? My BMI 32. (Photos) Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
