High waist, short torso. Would a BBL be good for me? My BMI 32. (Photos)

Most board certified PSs look for a BMI close to 30 to decrease the risk of complications during and after surgery and to enhance results.   Contrary to popular belief, liposuction is not a weight-loss procedure. Yes, subcutaneous fat is removed from the body, but only from certain areas. It’s a cosmetic procedure that leads to smoother skin and a more sculpted figure, but it’s not intended to help someone who is overweight lose weight or address skin laxity. Proper diet and exercise are highly encouraged after recovering from the procedure to upkeep the intended results. Recommend that you consult with your PCP to determine a diet plan that will help you reach within 10 pounds of your goal weight and stabilize it for six months prior to having lipo and BBL.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
