Can Botox fix my asymmetrical eyebrows? My one eyebrow is obviously lower than the other. (Photos)

What are NON surgical options? Can Botox do the trick? Also, I have rosacea, I’ve been to the dermatologist and I’m on good medication, do not need advice on my rosacea. Thank you for anyone who can answer my question.
