Can Botox fix my asymmetrical eyebrows? My one eyebrow is obviously lower than the other. (Photos)

Any of the neuromodulators — Botox, Dysport and Xeomin — can be used to create a nonsurgical brow lift and correct your asymmetry. The neuromodulators can last anywhere from three to six months, depending on which you choose. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist who is an expert at correcting brow asymmetry with Botox because it is an advanced procedure that requires a lot of experience to accomplish beautifully.

I have been using Botox for aesthetic purposes since 1991 only about two years after a Canadian dermatologist had the light bulb idea of using it to treat frown lines between the eyebrows. Since then the uses of Botox burgeoned to include the treatment of crow's feet lines and worry lines on the forehead, which was soon after followed by its use for elevating the downturning tails of the eyebrows. In this particular case, about three tiny microdroplets of Botox placed appropriately under the outer third of the left eyebrow is likely to help to achieve the greater elevation and symmetry desired. This is an advanced injection technique, which should not be left to the hands of novice injectors and medspas accustomed to treating simple scowl lines between the eyebrows. You would be wise to consult with a board certified aesthetic physician with expertise and experience in all the cosmetic indications for neuromodulators and be sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos. Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Well-placed Botox may be able to elevate your lower brow or lower your higher brow depending on which one you favor.  Be sure to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss.

Your problem is left upper eyelid ptosis with a compensatory eyebrow elevation.  This is a surgical problem not one that can really be managed with non-surgical methods.  It is safe to try botox for this but most doctors really do not know how to control botox adequately to really provide meaningful help for you.  When you are ready to consider surgical approaches, help is available for you.

at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
