I am 18 years old and have an extremely saggy neck. It’s majority skin, not fat. It is not even a double chin, just extra skin.

I am reading online that most surgeons WON'T do a neck lift on me because of my age. But I have also been told that other non-invasive types of treatments are not aggressive enough for my case. I don’t even have a double chin, my jawline is just completely not there and my saggy skin connects my neck to my chin it’s my largest insecurity.
