Ive tried botox, microneedling & radio frequency lasers. Its getting worse no matter what i try. I don't know if im a candidate for necklift because the sagging shows only in certain positions when i sit or stay with my back and it appears very normal when i stand with my body straight. My dermatologist suggested ultherapy but im hesitant on that one because of the reviews ive read on this site.
Answer: Options There are minimally invasive options for you to consider to address skin laxity on the neck. One is Morpheus8. This is noninvasive and uses RF technology combined with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. The other option is FaceTite. This is a minimally invasive procedure that can tighten the skin on the neck and requires no general anesthesia. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: Hidef protocols for Neck tightening Our Hidef approach to non surgical neck lifting addresses underlying muscle hypertrophy, neck laxity, and fascial tightness. We use a combination of Venus Legacy RF, NanoRF, and Ultherapy to exact a tightening of the neck + Botox for muscle and masseter hypertrophy. Retinoid creams are a must and we follow a comprehensive cream program for topical creams. Finally, fractional laser offers the benefits of microablation to improve skin quality and texture. We use this in addition to light therapy and PRP. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: I just turned 35 and my neck is sagging overnight! Please help! Hello and thank-you for your photos and question. We have some very exciting new technologies for non-invasive tightening of the neck and jowl area. Renuvion powered by J-Plasma (Cool Helium Plasma) along with liposuction can produce dramatic improvement in skin laxity and fat reduction. This technology has produced beautiful results for correction of a turkey neck without the score is required for a traditional neck lift. Ultherapy and other non invasive treatments for fat reduction A (Coolsculpting, Kybella) would also be an option. I would recommend an in person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon well versed in all aspects of facial rejuvenation. Best, Andrew Lyos MD FACS Tweet

Answer: Skin Tightening for the neck with J Plasma, lasers, rf treatments, microneedling/prp, ultherapy A combination approach would give the most improvement. Kybella, PDO Nova Threads, Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) are non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening. VASER with ThermiRF is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck. See a cosmetic dermatologist for a long term treatment plan. Best, Dr. Emer
