I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Pradnya during my first Botox treatment for crow's feet. She was very professional and thoroughly explained the procedure, making sure I felt comfortable throughout. We also discussed other potential treatments. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely return for more in the future.

The entire process, from the first phone call when I spoke to Melissa and paid the £70. consulation fee, to when I had to cancel that and she offered to refund it. Instead I left it there till I could find a new date but it was nice to be offered without asking. Then my first visit for the consulation; the clinic was lovely fresh water on the table, comfortable seating, lots of interesting information, ambient and clean yet cosy. My consultation with Dr. Pradnya was different to previous experiences when I lived in London as she is approachable and discusses options while fully understanding the concerns, (in my case marionette lines and crepey skin around the eyes). You learn a lot from your consultation and I went away excited for my booking. When I returned to have my treatment administered, Dr. Pradnya 'checked in' with my during the process, that I was feeling ok (she is very gentle and swift) and was really clear with directions. I had MaiLi to my temples and Ellansé for marionette lines. One side had considerably deeper lines and more laxity. I am amazed and so uplifted by how more more symetrical my face is as the sides were treated relatively to requirment. It's now 3 weeks and its settled beautifully. I have had some really nice comments but none of that suspicious scrutiny. Absolutely delighted. I went for a complimentary check up this week, no charge and it was a pleasure to visit again.

I have always had amazing experiences and outcomes after seeing Dr Pradnya; she is an incredibly skilled medic, who works swiftly and painlessly, with great skill and precision. I havent found anyone else in the south west who parallels her aestetic eye and safety of treatments - she absolutely lives up to her reputation. Where to start? The whole team are fantastic! So friendly and welcoming. I felt so relaxed as soon as I walked in. Dr Pradnya is so friendly, down to earth, straight to the point- my cuppa tea! She’s what Iv been looking for. Iv done a lot of research into clinics in the area and this one came up on top! I had Botox and lip fillers- first time for me so naturally on the day I was super nervous. She made me feel at ease straight away and calmed me down with her lovely personality. The best bit... Lovely doctor and clinic. This was my second time of having Botox, first time at this clinic. The last clinic I went to charged a fortune for Botox and I was pleased that the price this time was much more reasonable.The results were great, really natural, quite striking to see the before and after photos and the difference it made. I am re- booked to go back and would recommend the clinic to anyone.

I recently booked an appointment to see Dr Pradnya Apte at Skin Southwest, Exeter because I had previously received lip filler injections from an alternative practice which I was not entirely happy with. Dr Pradnya was very welcoming and professional and was able to assist with my concerns. After analysing my lips, Dr Pradnya could understand why I had concerns and put me at ease explaining how this could be rectified by administrating a few injections to dissolve the filler. I agreed for Dr Pradnya to dissolve my filler. I felt very little pain - if any - during the injections which dissolved my filler and I was extremely pleased with the results. I felt like me again. I have since re-visited and received botox injections on my forehead which again, I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr Pradnya is extremely knowledgeable, gentle and not pushy. Dr Pradnya's practice is professional, clean and welcoming. I highly recommend!

If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing when it comes to facial fillers, then you're in very safe hands with Dr. Pradnya. This lady really knows her stuff. I visited her at skin southwest in Exeter. She listened and is reassuring and honest about what she thinks will work best. I had lip filler as my lips curved inwards from the side (so the sides of my lips looked non-existent.) Some well placed filler made all the difference and I now don't have to overline my lips! Dr. Pradnya numbed the area for me, so I didn't feel any pain. Can't recommend this lady enough. This isn't just her job, it is her passion. Always make sure you go to someone who knows what they're doing for any kind of cosmetic procedure. I will definitely be returning to the clinic in the new year for other treatments.

I visited Pradnya for the 4th time yesterday. Great experience from start to finish as always. I drive to Exeter from Plymouth because I don’t trust anyone else with my face. The clinic is welcoming and friendly and the staff make you feel really at home and comfortable. I get a little nervous pre treatment so this really helps to calm me down and make me relax. Pradnya and Victoria went through all the paperwork with me and explained the treatment thoroughly. I decided to have a filler treatment in my temples. My temples were hollow and making me look older, something I had completely overlooked. During the treatment the area was numbed and there was minimal discomfort. The results are incredible, volume added to that part of my face has taken years off me, I’m 33 and I feel like a 20 something year old me again ;) can’t wait to visit the clinic again. Pradnya is a pro at what she does, finding a practitioner with such an artistic eye and a passion for what she does is rare. Fully recommend Skin southwest and I have tried MANY places before I found it.
