I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Pradnya during my first Botox treatment for crow's feet. She was very professional and thoroughly explained the procedure, making sure I felt comfortable throughout. We also discussed other potential treatments. The entire process, from the first phone call when I spoke to Melissa and paid the £70. consulation fee, to when I had to cancel that and she offered to refund it. Instead I left it there till I could find a new date but it was nice to be offered without asking. Then my first visit for the consulation; the clinic was lovely fresh water on the table, comfortable seating, lots of interesting information, ambient and clean yet cosy. Lovely doctor and clinic. This was my second time of having Botox, first time at this clinic. The last clinic I went to charged a fortune for Botox and I was pleased that the price this time was much more reasonable.The results were great, really natural, quite striking to see the before and after photos and the difference it made. I am re- booked to go back and would recommend the clinic to anyone.

I recently booked an appointment to see Dr Pradnya Apte at Skin Southwest, Exeter because I had previously received lip filler injections from an alternative practice which I was not entirely happy with. Dr Pradnya was very welcoming and professional and was able to assist with my concerns. After analysing my lips, Dr Pradnya could understand why I had concerns and put me at ease explaining how this could be rectified by administrating a few injections to dissolve the filler.

If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing when it comes to facial fillers, then you're in very safe hands with Dr. Pradnya. This lady really knows her stuff. I visited her at skin southwest in Exeter. She listened and is reassuring and honest about what she thinks will work best. Fantastic experience, my face has taken years off me
I visited Pradnya for the 4th time yesterday. Great experience from start to finish as always. I drive to Exeter from Plymouth because I don’t trust anyone else with my face.
