At a first glance, you’re obviously scared and nervous because of all the things they say about doctors in Tijuana, but when I tell you doctor Salazar makes you feel so comfortable and sure of the decisión you are making. 

I’m so happy I had him as my doctor for my breast augmentation and even though I’m still recovering from the surgery, the results I see already are beyond what I was expecting.

Everything was great! The doctor and staff made me feel comfortable every step of the way and listened carefully to what I wanted with no hesitation the said yes and helped me with my process before and after surgery and got amazing results! And super happy I made the decision to trust Aesthetic solutions. The only thing that I’d have the smallest problem is that the reception would take a while to respond but other than that everything was perfect.

I drove from San Diego to Tijuana to see Dr. Salazar. The clinic is about 10 minute drive from the border but if you don’t feel comfortable driving they will provide a ride and pick you up as soon as you cross the border. Dr. Salazar office is very modern , new and clean as soon as you enter you will be greeted by receptionist who speaks fluently English. Dr. Salazar was very informative and knowledgeable And is familiar with new trends. He explained everything to me with great details. I was interested in Botox and fillers for my cheeks. We used Radiesse filler for my procedure. I’m very happy with the outcome!!! I have no bruising and my face looks natural and revived and that’s what I was was going for. I had amazing experience and for sure will go to him for future procedures.

Best surgeon I highly recommend I got a tummy tuck and BBL it was amazing experience wonderful service!!!!! Definitely recommend this place for any procedure I’m in love with there work. I can’t wait to see my final results

It was my first time doing something surgical to my face, I’m so glad I found Dr. Salazar on Instagram. I literally met him the day of the surgery because I had no time to go before, but he makes you feel comfortable and a little less nervous. I had a nose job done, I am still swollen but either way I like my nose already! I also had lip fillers which were painful but he found a way to distract me so I wouldn’t concentrate on the pain so much. I am happy with the results overall. Thank you so much!
