Hi @ash25_. The nasolabial folds can be softened with hyaluronic acid dermal fillers such as Restylane Defyne or Refyne. Another great option would be PDO threads. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
Thank you for the photos and your question. You have mild smile lines around your mouth, which is very natural. To soften their appearance, I recommend a fine line filler, such RHA Redensity or Belotero. Of course, it would be best to schedule an in-person consultation with an experienced facial plastic surgeon.
You would need an in-person consultation and evaluation to determine which treatments would be best for you. Looking at your pictures alone you have minimal volume loss with mostly etched in lines around your mouth. A filler such as Belotero or Refyne will give you a soft, natural improvement to the area. You may want to also consider adding some filler to your cheeks as this will help improve the transitions from mid to lower face. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician injector. Best wishes.
The nasolabial folds can be softened with fillers such as Belotero Balance, or Restylane Refyne. Depending on the anatomy of your face, thread lifting will also help to lift your cheeks slighly and reduce the crease in the nasolabial folds. You can also combine this with chemical peels to resurface the skin and help fill in the fine lines around the mouth. I would recommend seeing an expert for a full consultation.
Hello,Thank you for your question and picture. A filler like Voluma in your lateral cheeks may help pull out the lines around your mouth. A Fraxel laser treatment is another option. It will help stimulate collagen growth which will tighten the skin. Please consult in person with a local physician to determine the best course of action. Good luck!
The nasolabial creases can be softened very easily with a little filler that lasts about 6 months such as restylane, juvederm or belotero and is quick and natural looking.
I would use combination of dermal fillers, restylne defyne and refine, or rha 2 dermal filler is definitely an option. I would like see a picture of your other anatomy such as cheeks to see full picture of what you need to improve laugh lines.
Laugh lines or nasolabial folds are best improved by filling them directly with a filler, typically hyaluronic-acid based such as something from the Juvederm or Restylane family of fillers. As well, many people find filling the inner or outer cheeks above the laugh lines can also improve them. An expert and highly trained injector such as a dermatologist can assess you in person for the optimal filler and location of injection for you, and to optimize safety, minimize pain, and increase duration of the filler.
I would consider a hyaluronic acid filler like Restylane Lyft which could be injected into the lateral cheeks to lift the face and soften the folds combined with direct injection of Restylane Refyne or Restylane Defyne into the folds themselves. The combination should give you a very nice correction.
Although you are very young there is evidence of volume loss in the cheek area so some filler in the cheeks would help to lift the face open a bit more and decrease the smile lines. If you don't want anything quite this drastic then there is a filler that can be injected into the lines themselves to minimise them but not change the shape of your face. This filler is called Belotero.
