Bulges under lower lip sides, advice? (photos)

There are dermal fillers that can be used to help add projection to the chin and add volume to the pre-jowl sulcus. The added volume and projection can help with balancing the lower lip bulges. This treatment can also be combined with Botox in the chin to help diminish the “orange peel” effect the mentalis muscle causes with expression. The fillers are completely temporary and if you do not like them can be dissolved. The best thing you can do is go to an expert facial cosmetic injector who can assess your face and decide which route is best for you. Good luck!

I think its best to be evaluated in person. its not uncommon to see those folds but fewer people opt for their treatment. but they can be improved

Thank you for the question.  Often, bulges in the lateral perioral region represent the surface contour and insertion of the muscles that allow you to smile, frown and and pucker your lips.  These contours can often be softened or hidden with selective use of hydrated hyaluronic acid fillers and botulinum toxins.  Care must be taken with toxin use, as it may result in asymmetry of smile.  The appearance of orange peel in the chin is from flexion of the mentalis muscle.  It can be more evident in patients who have relatively thin skin of their chin.  This can be improved with botulinum toxin as well.    As far as your chin is concerned, without a profile or lateral image, it is not possible to evaluate the extent to which a chin augmentation may help you.  That said, if you would like some additional chin projection, but do not want surgery, a small amount of filler can be placed (off-label) in the chin along the bone or within or just under the skin.  An in person evaluation by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon is an important first step.  

I believe you may benefit from hyaluronic acid filler treatment. I would use Restylane Defyne to add volume to this area which should help address prejowl volume loss and help to camouflage these fat pads you are seeing. I would also consider adding a small amount of filler into the chin itself.
