I have very deep tear troughs (genetic) and my undereyes often look purple. I feel like the rest of my face is sagging. I have always wanted rhinoplasty and an upper blepharoplasty but I am curious if fillers in my undereye, or cheeks, or nasolabial folds would help? Would some type of surgery be better? I have developed a lot of insecurity because of how old I get told I look. Please excuse my skin, tried a face mask that irritated it!

Hi,Tear trough injections are possible but have to performed by an experienced injector. There have been reports of injection compressing or occluding arterial blood supply but they are extremely rare. If you have it done by a highly experienced surgeon the risk is minimal.Best,Dr.S.
