Are fillers safe for someone who has rosacea? Might they cause the condition to worsen or trigger a flare up?

Early 20’s, very olive complected. Itchy rash started unilaterally by temple and eventually spread to entire cheek areas. I still question my dx but in the event I do have rosacea I thought I’d gather information before getting filers.
