Can Volbella be used for laugh lines (accordion kind) around mouth as well as chin?

Thank you for your question.  Volbella can be used for laugh lines around the mouth and chin.  However, there may be better suited products in this area.  Volbella shines when used in areas that require more structure and precision such as the fine lines around the mouth, crows feet, forehead lines, etc.  It can also be used in areas such as tear troughs.  However, more than determining which product is used where, it is important to find an injector who has the breadth of experience and skills to help you achieve your most natural results.

As an Certified Allergan Master Trainer for Facial Injectables, I have had the opportunity to work with a number of medical professionals across the country in trainings focused on Volbella as well as the other Allergan fillers.  
From my experience, Volbella works nicely in both the lips as well as the lines around the mouth.  However, depending upon the depth of the cheek wrinkles, you may want to consider a thicker filler such as Juvederm Ultra XC.  
Like many procedures in Plastic Surgery, injecting is often more an art than a science and so different fillers may be more appropriate for the same indication in different patients depending upon variables such as:
Tissue quality
Wrinkle depth/severity
Desired effect
To achieve the most optimal result, I encourage you to research injectors in your area and identify someone who has not only experience in this area but also a strong aesthetic and artistic eye and who can help you achieve your goals in a natural way.

Volbella is perfect for lines like this. In fact that's what it is intended for. You will probably need more than one syringe if you say your lines are deep.
