Hi I had a drainless FTT/lipo In flanks and pubic area 2 years ago. My incision towards the middle has always had a caved in, step off appearance. Which accentuates the fullness of my pubic area. My surgeon suggested liposuction on the residual fat. I am seeking opinions just to see this alone would help give me a more smooth transition? If not What procedures would be recommended. I can't wear tight clothing since it is so obvious. Also will liposuction cause loose skin?
