I had lipo done in 2006 and I want to do it again, what problems can I expect the 2nd time around. and can I user the fat from this are that was previously done and put it in my buttock?

Answer: Revision liposuction is harder than primary. Generally the issue is more for the surgeon then for you. If laser assisted liposuction was used a revision can be quite difficult. There is no problem using fat from a revised area if it is harvested properly.
