My inner thigh Lipo clearly went wrong. What's the easiest, cheapest, least traumatic, way to fix it. Any suggestion? (photo)

From the photograph alone it's difficult to say with the issue is. It appears as though there is a depression where liposuction may have been excessive. If this is the case fat grafting will be necessary. What does your surgeon say?

Revision with fat grafting is something I perform with very nice improvement.  I would search for the surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you
the best results. Look at reviews and before and after pictures on that

BunnyFlop,I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience and I definitely see what you are talking about.Fixing this problem is a challenge. You will likely need repeat liposuction with fat grafting and scar revision. Medial thigh liposuction is difficult even for those of us with years of experience.   If too much is taken the skin is wrinkled and not attractive.  If too little is taken the bulge still remains.   I tell all patients that medial thigh liposuction is a modest improvement  surgery but certainly not a cure.   Lateral thigh may be nearly a cure in contrast.   So you have  wrinkled skin, a lower dent, and still a bulge.    Of course we do not have pre operative photos so we cannot make judgement.  More lipo is unlikely to help.  Some fat grafting may remotely help the dents.  Some application of Vaser ultrasound may shrink the skin a little.  Or you may need to consider a thigh lift.  See several ABPS surgeons and consider your options.   My Best,  Dr C
