My inner thigh Lipo clearly went wrong. What's the easiest, cheapest, least traumatic, way to fix it. Any suggestion? (photo)

So my right leg has this huge dent and saggy fat pockets. Both legs could also have used a little more taken out of the top and bottom as both have pretty extreme indentation in the middle. Though I'm more concerned with getting rid of the irregularities. I also have these hideous scars in the middle of my thigh. So is a revision the only way to fix this? If so could the canula be entered from around my panty line so I don't have to reopen the original wounds?
