Can a lump and dent above the belly button be fixed with a Lipo revision ?

Question

I had a full tummy tuck and lipo 8 weeks ago . It seems the garment after my surgery was put on too tight and did not fit right as per my surgeon . So it left a dent and a lump below that above my belly button . My doc has tried several things like a board and a book under my new garment . Also I am on my 6 th treatment of ultrasound I go once a week . Now doc is trying a foam board with a hole where my dent is I wear that under a wrap garment . Can this be fixed ??

I suggest external heating devices like RF (velashape or venus legacy) and lymphatic massage.  Wait a few more months to see what is left behind.  Potentially later if this still persists, liposuction can be performed on the upper abdomen with release of the connective tissue bands below the belly and additionally fat transfer if needed. I see what you are talking about in your photos, It may be related to swelling and the garment.  While discussing it with your surgeon is a good idea, it likely will improve with time.
