Would lipo revision get rid of the lumps left in my stomach? (Photo)

I had a Lipo back in 2005 I did the massage after the surgery ,but I still have those ugly lumps in my stomach , back in 2013 I try the Hidrolipoclasia , the oxygen , mesotherapy and nothing works and on frebruary 2014 I had a laser Lipo my stomach look worse than before . Any advise ???

Yours is a very challenging situation. There are several notable features about your body/condition: At a baseline you appeared to be very thin. It appears that the majority of the fact has been removed from your torso. The dimpling is the result of scarring underneath the abdomen and is fairly diffuse. Unfortunately, fixing this problem may have, at best, limited success: Fat injections can help expand severely depressed areasLimited liposuction can help further reduce areas of fatty deposits. Further massage/Endermologie may help smooth out the subcutaneous tissue even this far out from your operation. I wish you the best. Dr. Gabbay.

The sizable amount of thermal damage evidenced in the photograph I think probably cannot be completely corrected. The scarring from laser assisted liposuction can be quite severe.
