Thank you for your question.  Looking at your photos I would suggest a Breast Reduction.  This procedure will reduce the size of your breast and lift them up.   I would suggest seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in person to evaluate you and discuss your options.  Best of luck to you.

This will lift the breasts and bring them back to their natural position without any sagging. You should visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your desires and to examine you.  There are many options for you - but the correct decision is based on what you want in the end.   Options include a Breast Lift, a Breast Reduction, or a combination of a lift and augmentation.

Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a breast reduction, when breasts are reduced they are “automatically” lifted as well. I recommend you to schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. 

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Thank you for your question. Although you are an excellent candidate for breast reduction surgery, there is very little upper pole fullness and cleavage that results from this. Over many years, I have seen my patients who want a full round-appearing breast, yet their anatomy is more drooping and sagging. I developed a surgery termed "Reductive Augmentation" and published this in the International Journal of aesthetic surgery in 2017. This surgery combines performing a breast reduction, breast lift, and breast augmentation in one stage.  You would be an excellent candidate for this surgery. Best wishes to you.

You are an ideal case for a breast lift also called a mastopexy. It dies involve substantial scars and you should familiarize yourself with them. I don’t think you will need an implant at all. You have enough breast tissue on your own.
