Will there be a noticable difference between 250cc/275cc moderate plus implants or if I choose 270cc/295cc moderate plus xtra?

Thanks for your inquiry, the Mod Plus Xtra you describe feels firmer and has more upper pole volume characteristics then the regular moderate plus, hope that helps and best of luck. 

There will not be a significant difference between the implants you mentioned.  The moderate plus xtra will give slightly more upper pole fullness.  I encourage you to return to your surgeon to further discuss your goals.  Together you can select the appropriate implant for you.

Hello and thank you for your question. You should discuss this in details with your plastic surgeon. The difference in projection between these implants is likely minimal. Xtra gel implants will likely have less implant visibility or rippling effect. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon
