I'm in my mid 40's. What type of breast augmentation procedure would be ideal if I was primarily wanting lifted and slightly fuller and natural looking breasts.

Answer: Lift and implants I agree with the other responses that you would need implants to increase your volume and then a lift to position the nipple-areolas over the implants and prevent inferior sagging of the breasts.

Answer: My recommendation Hello dear, thank you for your question and provided information as well.. Based in your question and the pictures you showed, you are a great candidate for a breast augmentation with the lollipop lift. Since you want implants and your skin is really loose, the weigh they will add to your skin will be a lot, so, you'll totally need a lift. You may want to consider breast augmentation sub muscular. Know that the size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Best of lucks!! Dr. Luis Mejia.
