I was thinking fat transfer to the small one and areola reduction. Will that help? I want something "easy" that won't leave me with scarring. I want to stay away from implants. What do you think?
Answer: Uneven Depending upon which side you prefer, you could just have a reduction with lift to the larger breast to match the smaller, or less reduction and add fat to the smaller. You can avoid implants if you choose. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.

Answer: Breast Lift and reduction Hello, Thank you for your question. Based on your photos alone and your concerns I would recommend a breast lift with re shaping and a reduction to the larger breast. This will help in making it more symmetrical to your other breast. I suggest booking a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and goals of surgery. Some clinics are offering virtual consultations during this time.

Answer: Asymmetry correction without scars or implants Thanks for your question which is a challenging one! If you don't want scars or implants to correct your asymmetry then fat grafting and liposuction are your best options. In fact both fat grafting and liposuction do leave multiple small scars, but they are normally placed in hidden areas and are small and therefore difficult to see once fully healed. Fat grafting to your smaller breast is the most obvious option, but it is unlikely that breast will fill out and drop such that it is symmetrical with your larger right breast, and the nipple heights will not the same. Although rarely performed, some moderate liposuction to the right breast can reduce this side. As you appear to have young elastic skin it should retact and may then lift the nipple on this side somewhat, so that if combined with fat grafting to the left you would gain symmetry quicker. The most obvious treatment would be a lift (mastopexy) to the right breast. If you really wanted to keep scars to a minimum then just having a scar around the areola (peri-areola lift) means the scar would be hidden at the junction of breast skin and areola. However a lollipop scar would work better, and the vertical scar actually heals very well so that it isn't very visible once fully healed in. A combination of implants and a lift would be the most obvious solution, but from what you have written I presume you want to avoid this. Good luck.

Answer: My breasts are very asymmetric. What procedures will help my breasts look more even? Thank you very much for your question, in your case we would have to perform a breast lift in breast that has increased in size, the difference is significant so you could not avoid the scar, however the result will look natural and synetric. greetings from cartagena colombia

Answer: Breast asymmetry Dear Dilaa, women’s breasts have some degree of asymmetry. Some may be more noticeable than others. If you have breast asymmetry before breast augmentation surgery, there is a great chance that this will exhibit right after the surgery. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from breast lift and different size implants. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
