I was thinking fat transfer to the small one and areola reduction. Will that help? I want something "easy" that won't leave me with scarring. I want to stay away from implants. What do you think?

Answer: Breast asymmetry Dear Dilaa, women’s breasts have some degree of asymmetry. Some may be more noticeable than others. If you have breast asymmetry before breast augmentation surgery, there is a great chance that this will exhibit right after the surgery. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from breast lift and different size implants. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast Asymmetry Hi Dilaa,Breast asymmetry is difficult, even when you use a combination of implants and scars to reduce the larger breast. An areola reduction alone with fat grafting of the smaller breast will not likely result in significant improvement in symmetry. Your larger breast has moderate ptosis (we refer to as grade 2) and would need to be lifted to match the other breast. I think a combination of a vertical breast breast reduction (aka lollipop scars) on the larger breast, with fat grafting to the smaller breast would be the best procedure to match your breasts. Of course an in person exam is needed to make the final recommendation. In this Covid era, many surgeons are offering virtual consultations and 3D simulation software like Crisalix can be used to help understand what is possible.Best of luck and always happy to help :)
