A good rhinoplasty surgeon would certainly not let your nose look like Michael Jackson (a common fear). Instead, he/she would simply improve it while keeping it in proportion with the rest of your face. Taking the bump down and improving the tip support to resist drooping would look great and very natural at the same time.

A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing the wide nose, shaving down the dorsal hump, narrowing the tip, narrowing the bridge and narrowing the nostrils. Look for a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for best results. It is very important to make sure all the components of the nose balance with them selves, and the new nose balances with your facial features.
