Question

Nose broken, eye lids & under sagging, and now veins on face. What would you suggest? Surgical and non?

Improvement of your nasal contour can be accomplished by a rhinoplasty.  Your eyelids would be dealt with by upper and lower blepharoplasty and a noninvasive laser treatment would likely help best for the superficial veins.  These suggestions are based only on your photographs but the best advice you could receive would be to see a board certified plastic surgeon for a formal consultation where a direct examination could be done.

Hello Nolan. As you said graciously, gravity tends to keep pulling down all face tissues. From your pictures I would recommend you a Lower Face and Lift Neck plus Blepharoplasty. A rhinoplasty procedure can address resetting the broken nose which will include straightening it and making it more symmetrical and refined. The primary goal of upper eyelid surgery is to remove the hooded excess skin creating the tired look. The primary goal for lower eye lid surgery is to remove the excess fatty bags creating the puffy look. Dye laser treatments help veins on the face.  Upper lid blepharoplasty can help upper eyelid excess skin.  A facelift can help jowls and a loose neck.  You need to have a consultation with a a facial plastic surgeon.

On front view your nose isn't heading south.I think you should see a plastic surgeon for eyelid surgery and a facelift to bring the facial tissues and neck up north.

A good start is meeting with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for an in person evaluation.  Based on your photos, you could benefit from Rhinoplasty, upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelids), and a facelift.  This would give you a refreshed younger look.  Surgery is your best option.  You would be wasting your money with nonsurgical options.
