When can one begin to use nicotine again after open septorhinoplasty?

I had septorhinoplasty around 11 days ago and I am wondering if a vapor pen containing nicotine would hinder the development of my nose. I do not smoke.

Rhinoplasty with refinement of the bulbous tip and narrowing of the alar base  are done at the same time so that the base does not look too wide after tip refinement. This can be done at the same time as the turbinates.
