I had an abdominoplasy about 15 years ago. I was relatively pleased with the outcome but noticed a slight bulge in my upper abdomen. This seems to have worsened with age and a 10 lb weight gain since the surgery. Can this be repaired without a complete redo? I’m 64 and would not be opposed to a scar in this area rather than opening up from the original lower ab incision.
