Would you agree or disagree that my BB was placed way too low during my extended tummy tuck? I had an apron belly and assumed my bb would be placed where it “should” be, not where it was when I had a hanging abdomen. I was excited to show it off but it’s hidden under normal jeans. I’d have to wear Britney Spears super low cut jeans for it to barely be visible. If it is too low, is this something I can still get fixed? Surgeon states he doesn’t think it’s too low at all.

From your photos it appears a revision is indicated. This can address the fullness of the mons as well as the bulge above the incision. Excess skin will be removed to give you a flatter contour. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.
Final results for a tummy tuck aren't seen for about nine to twelve months, so it is a bit early to consider a revision. However it is not too early to discuss your concerns with your surgeon. It is important that you feel comfortable and confident in your recovery.
Based on your photos it appears you would benefit from a revision to address the excess tissue near your lower incision. Your surgeon may want to wait a few months depending how you've been progressing through your recovery.
