If you had a postoperative seroma then the first thing you need is confirmation that you don’t have a chronic seroma.
If you do then that needs to be treated with direct surgical excision.
A bulging abdomen after a tummy tuck usually indicates the presence of excess visceral fat.
Do you need to have an assessment to see if the zero fat is playing a part in your outcome.
Excess visceral fat usually creates bulging a little higher in the abdomen.
Some individuals have weak muscle fascia that will stretch despite appropriate muscle tightening.
There are multiple variables that could be affecting your outcome. Surgical choices should be based on having a clear understanding of what the underlying problem is.
