Please see my picture below. I had a TT on 2021 which clearly failed. The bulge you see was my seroma pocket. Ive notice that my mons its bigger than before and my lower abdomen hangs. Which procedure I should have to have a smaller mons and a better TT? Can this be combine with labia majora reduction? My parts, when compressed or tight on clothes looks bad, just like a male sack of balls and I have lost my confidence. Which procedures I can have? Thank you!

Answer: Tummy tuck Dear Affectionate123893, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Tummy tuck revision, seroma cavity excision, liposuction of flanks and upper abdomen, monsplasty and labia majora reduction Yes you can have a tummy tuck revision, seroma cavity excision, liposuction of the flanks and upper abdomen, monsplasty and mons liposuction, and labia majora reduction all at the same time. This will help with the tummy tuck scar, fullness at your sides, fullness at the previous seroma, hanging lower abdomen, fullness of the mons, and large labia majora. These procedures will significantly help you. I would also suggest a belly button revision to make your belly button look more natural and open with a scar that is hidden inside the belly button rather than on the outside. Good luck!
