Thank you for your question regarding what you can do to improve your tummy tuck results. By examining your photos, it looks like you have an excess fat issue (not an excess skin issue). This is a good thing, as this can likely be corrected with liposuction. I would recommend liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back (if you wish). You could also have your belly button revised during this procedure too. I'm sorry you are experiencing less than satisfactory results from your tummy tuck.
