From your photos, what i can appreciate is the overprojection of what is a somewhat bulbous and slightly overly upwardly rotated tip.  These are challenging cases, but with proper surgical technique, you can expect a nice cosmetic improvement.  

A tip rhinoplasty would reduce your tip projection and refine for a nicer profile.  This can cost in the $5k range.

If you are ready for a change then you are a great candidate. You would need to have the top of your nose (dorsum) brought into balance and height with tip.  Your tip cartilages would need to be modified to create a smaller more delicate look. Cost would be around $7500  but don't shop for prices. Find a rhinoplasty surgeon who you can feel comfortable with.  That person should listen to you and fully understand and agree with you on your goals.  With realistic expectations and a good surgeon.
