I have been insecure about my chin for my entire life. No matter how in shape I was, I always had a double chin. Getting chin liposuction from Dr. Garcia has truly changed my life. I feel more confident and am not constantly worried about how my profile looks. Dr. Garcia answered all of my questions and he and his staff made me so comfortable during the procedure. Recovery was very quick and easy with very little pain. I would recommend Dr. Garcia to everyone!

I am just starting this for right now and will add more later. I had a facelift one week ago. I am just posting my before photos, which—when I first saw them I was in denial that I actually looked like that—it wasn’t how I saw myself. You usually see your front view. Anyway, it became clear to me that all those times in the past 20 years when someone would ask about my grandchildren ( I don’t have any, my daughter is 21 and), it wasn’t really out of the ball park at all! I used to get mad, and it started when my daughter was a toddler. Also, so many people seemed stunned when I mentioned my parents as still being alive. They still are, and in fact took care of me after my facelift. So far my provider’s care and the overall experience has been good. I will post the photos now and follow up soon.

I am one week post a facelift and platysmaplasty. I am 58 years old. I had wanted work done for the past 15 years or so. At 40, was the first comment about my age. Since my daughter was about 2 years old, I started being mistaken for her grandmother, yet people frequently expressed surprise when hearing my parents are still alive--they are indeed alive and well and took care of me after my surgery. When I looked in the mirror, I just didn't see how I was looking 10 to 20 years older than I am--I only really ever saw my face from a straight on front view. I still saw a youthful an girlish silhouette in window reflections, so what was it people were seeing, I couldn't figure out. I actually got quite mad at comments--I didn't care if people were trying to be mean or not--and I wasn't very nice about it. My reaction was what's wrong with that person? I noticed I never got carded in the grocery store when buying wine, yet other people that to me appeared older than me did. My friends around the same age did not have these comments made to them. After about 10 different incidents--I can recall each in detail--where I was offended by an age related comment over the years, as my daughter grew up (she is now 21, I am still not a grandma--my daughter's still in college). I finally went for a consultation at a plastic surgeon's office when I was about 55. I wanted ultherapy, at the time, but was encouraged to consider surgery--specifically a lower face and neck lift--because doing less invasive treatments every couple of years would cost more in the long run and not provide the dramatic results I described. I did not have the money, so I saved up for the procedure estimated at about $9000. Three years later, I went back and had pics taken and a consultation. Seeing myself from angles I never really had before, I could tell what was aging me--that I couldn't really see day to day. I will included these pics as well as after my surgery and update periodically.

I’m liking my profile better than the front view right now, which is the opposite of how I felt before the surgery—but that is because my face is still swollen, which makes my eyes appear closer together and smaller. I can cover it up with hair and it looks fine. The puffiness in my cheeks changes my smile as well and makes my lips look smaller. It’s okay—all should be temporary. The profile I think looks decades younger though. More pics

I am very pleased, banding and lumpiness is improving day by day. I return to work Monday.
My lips and smile are all the way back (they had disappeared into my swollen face).

Pic to Go with Last 2 Updates. I posted about my facelift. Swelling and tight feeling other normal healing processes improving each day. Specifically, platysmal band behind my ear sort of tight and visible but improving day by day. Healing is truly a miraculous thing.

I wanted to have the bags removed from under my eyes. As a woman of color, I was extremely nervous of discoloration or uneven results I seriously struggled to make a decision. The staff was very assuring and extremely patient with me. I am very happy I completed the surgery. I enjoy not being asked if I am tried or having to pile makeup on my eyes anymore.

I found Dr Garcia through RealSelf. I was really nervous and on the fence still about having a botched first rhinoplasty. I did a ton of research for about 5 years before going with Dr Garcia. I lived in Connecticut at the time of finding Garcia and his team. I had a online consultation and I was extremely impressed with Garcia’s knowledge. He knew exactly what I wanted. 

I moved down to Georgia three months later and had another consultation in person with Garcia before my revision rhinoplasty. I was blown away with his caring team, beautiful office and his vast knowledge. He is one of the few that really hear what the patient wants, and carries out his promise. I loved his confidence. I was nervous going back to have a previous surgery corrected. But my nose was always something I was self conscious about since I was a little girl.

I was devastated with my first rhinoplasty at age 24. It was heartbreaking. So to find Garcia was just such an overwhelming blessing. He gave me the nose I have always dreamed of. I would absolutely do it all over again. 

He’s a master at his profession. And his team made me feel like family. Rosie is an absolute delight and Courtney is such a sweet and caring woman. I couldn’t have picked a better team to help me through such a memorable time in my life. I love the new me!! Thank you!

Dr. Garcia was referred to me by my friend who had a very successful procedure done seven years ago. Her results have always looked very natural and she still looks great. From beginning to end my experience was very professional and personable at the same time. The staff catered to my every need and I felt 100% safe. The in-office surgical suite was very convenient and the anesthesia/surgical staff was very competent. Post-op was a breeze because of the great care and instructions that were given as the entire staff is courteous, kind, and outstanding at providing information and education. I could not have a better doctor than Dr. Garcia! He is highly skilled and excellent at his craft in addition to being one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. I am amazed at my very natural results which exceeded my expectations!

Omg, Dr. Garcia is amazing. I love love love my new nose. Not only can I breathe better it looks incredible. Wasn't aware of how unhappy I was before the surgery. Completely changed the way I feel about my face. Such wonderful staff. Very approachable and there to answer any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommended Dr. Garcia.

Here are the before and after photos from my Nose Job from Dr. Garcia. I have always suffered from insane migraines and after having this surgery the migraines have almost completely stopped. I went from having them about twice a week to having two in the last 3 months! That alone was worth the money if anyone knows how debilitating migraines can be. The results are also amazing. I can’t believe I lived with that old nose for as long as I did! Completely happy with my results.

Dr. Garcia gave me a very subtle /natural rhinoplasty as I didn't want to look different other than having a smaller nose. He is a great listener and was vey patient with all my questions. His staff is awesome too, the nurses and front office made me feel extremely comfortable throughout treatment and day of surgery.
