Do all rhinoplasties look fake and weird that even random strangers can tell you had a nose job?

I am wondering if I get my tip lifted since my nose droops alot when I smile, I wonder if my new nose will look fake that even random strangers can tell "Hey, it looks like she had a nose job". I am horrified and worried to my stomach that my nose will look fake like some celebrities. Is there a way that it looks natural? do the outcomes ever look 100% natural?

A lot of my patients come in with that same concern. They don't want to look like anything has been done and want no one to really notice. If this is your main concern I recommend going to a Plastic Surgeon that specializes in closed scarless rhinoplasty (preferred by actresses and celebrities) because there is no risk of external scarring and much less healing and recovery time. Closed rhinoplasty enables you to have flash recovery with very minimal bruising if at all. You will only have to wear a cast for 5-7 days, no one will know you had anything done. All the incisions are made from inside the nose. The goal is to finesse and enhance the nose without drastic change. It still looks like it is your nose just more refined without looking fake. Meaningful refinement is the key!  All the same surgical maneuvers your nose requires can be performed with a skilled closed scarless surgeon.

This is a very reasonable concern.  Many patients wish to have enhancements of the nose without looking "surgical," or like they've had a rhinoplasty.  Sometimes, there are tell-tale signs that make the nose look surgical.  Naturally, these are the noses that you notice, and the appearance that you are trying hard to avoid.    
The good news is that rhinoplasty has come a very long way in the last twenty years.  For every rhinoplasty that you notice, there are many that you do not, but rather have a natural and cosmetically-pleasing appearance.  The previous generation of rhinoplasty surgeons learned a great deal from their efforts and results, and those who are truly committed to teaching have shared their results.  Over time, we have learned what works well, what looks natural, and what stands the test of time.
The most important factor in choosing your rhinoplasty surgeon is to find someone who you feel comfortable with, and who has demonstrated a commitment, passion, and expertise in rhinoplasty.  The nose is the centerpiece of the face, and getting it right the first time is extremely important.
