I am a 22 year old female. Seeking "small, cute, upturned" nose, is it possible? (photo)

I have been performing rhinoplasty for many years.  I see very attractive well adjusted people in my office every day who have significant issues with the appearance of their nose even when the nose is not particularly unattractive.  From the photos that you have provided you have reasonable expectations in terms of the outcome and appearance of the nose that you would like to see on your face.  I think that a thorough consult with a good rhinoplasty surgeon using computer imaging will be able to demonstrate to you what you can achieve with rhinoplasty surgery.    A cute upturned nasal tip is definitely achievable.  

Thank you for your question and also supplying some pictures.  I believe your goals could be met.  It is hard to tell though how thick the skin is in the lower half of your nose, which could be a limiting step as to how much refinement (narrowing) of the tip could be accomplished.  It is best assessed in person.  Also, be sure that whoever you see for a consultation has up to date imaging software.  It is the best communication tool for both your surgeon and you to understand your goals, as well as what are realistic expectations!

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty.  You may also benefit from a cephalic rotation
of your tip to turn up your tip slightly.  Make sure you specifically look at
before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed
by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.
The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I
recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

You can certainly expect done improvement in definition while increasing the upward rotation slightly.  I would highly recommend having computer morphing done prior to surgery to make sure you have realistic expectations.  You will have some limitation from skin thickness, so this will need to be discussed specifically by your surgeon.  I have been using closed rhinoplasty techniques that allow me to achieve what you are going for.  Check my website for examples.  Good luck!

You are definitely a candidate for a rhinoplasty and you features can be softened, but your refinement might be limited by the thsickness of your skin.

 A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish giving you a more refined and cute nose with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose.  It is important not to turn the nose up too much, since it will look piggish from the frontal profile.  Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features.   For many before and after rhinoplasty examples, please see the link and the video below

expert artistic plastic surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience. Keep in mind, that following the advice from a
surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do based
on limited 2 dimensional photos without examining you, physically feeling the
tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and
discussing the pros and cons of the proposed operative procedure with you and
your parents may not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a
plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally
a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or
facial plastic surgeon (otolaryngologist) that you trust and are comfortable
with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.
