I had my first rhinoplasty done 12 years ago. Long story short, my nose looked beautiful but I botched it myself 3 weeks after I got it done.Two years later I had it done by the same surgeon and he made my nose look so bizarre. Out of panic, I had it done again 7 months after that by another surgeon. They made it super narrow, short and compromised my breathing. I felt that my nose was way too small for my face. As far as revisions go, these doctors did not know what they were doing. I decided to let my poor nose be for a while. Fast forward almost 10 years later and after many consultations, I felt that Dr. Lamperti was the person to make it right. From the get-go, I knew he was the one. He listened to my whole story, listened so patiently to what I wanted my nose to look like, answered every single one of my questions, and gave me a realistic idea of how he could help me. I flew from La to Seattle after our virtual consultation. Nothing but patience and listening from Dr. Lamperti - it was honestly so refreshing after multiple consults with LA and NY doctors who seemed full of themselves and who didn’t really let me do any of the talking. I had my surgery with doctor Lamperti on March 12, and it was the best decision EVER. He took rib cartilage which is said to be much stronger than ear or donor cartilage and used to give my nose more symmetry, projection, volume, and to prevent my Nose from collapsing when I inhale.The results are honestly better than I could’ve imagined. It’s only been a week since surgery, and swelling is sure to go down, but I already feel so much confident and happier with how my face looks... I’m even starting to shed tears of joy as I write this. I will continue to share updates on my healing process!

I am writing this 6 days after my Lip Lift procedure and so far I am very happy with my results. Dr. Lamperti and his staff were very attentive and quick to respond to my questions. I wanted to give a little information about how things went.
I started with a 21 mm philtrum and we decided on taking 6 mm off. I was conservative because I did not want to end up with an unnatural look. The procedure itself took 1.5 hours including time to numb you. The only difficult part is the needle for the nerve-blocking shot. Three very large sticks and a burning sensation, but after that, I was practically daydreaming.
Day 1: Cartoonish amount of swelling in my lips, nose and face. After the nerve blocker wears off there is a burning sensation. I took an Oxycodone and slept.
Day 2 - 3: Nose, lips, and face still swollen. Tylenol and ice suffice for pain.
Day 4-5: Nose and philtrum swelling way down. My lips look beautiful! Tylenol for the discomfort (pain isn't the right word).
Day 6: Aww my lips don't look as 'fresh off the factory floor' as the day before, but I still like them. They are cute and are more symmetrical with my eyes and cheeks. I'm inspired to lose weight to help them really pop. I really want my stitches out because they are irritating/itchy. Two more days until removal.

Day 8: Stitches finally out! Still like my lips. It's easier to see the difference in photos and video than in the mirror. My therapist said I look more "defined". The only problem is, half of my stitching marks look raised, inflamed, and Frankinsteinish. I emailed Dr. Lamperti about it and he responded right away, telling me that it's normal to have a raised stitching 'line' at first and it will go down. He also said I can't wear makeup for another week, and I doubt makeup would camouflage this anyway. A warning to people who think that this procedure has only 1-week downtime. Though I suppose wearing a mask would help. I'm using Bio-Oil and sealing with Vaseline for good measure. Will update the healing procedure.

Day 13: I started a new job today. I wasn't able to cover my scar with makeup because on one side it is too large and indented. I feel very down about it. I am hoping that the indentation is temporary as the doctor said.

Dr.Thomas Lamperti is an artist! I came into his office with a bulbous nose and a deviated septum my nostrils were originally disproportionate and I had difficulty breathing my nose was excessively long and too big for my face. He emailed me a simulation of my new nose and answered all of my questions before surgery.

I am now one week post-op and I’ve never felt better about myself I’ve been given so many compliments and I finally feel like I can come out into the public without feeling insecure about my nose. This has been the best decision I have made in my life! My new nose is an exact copy of the simulation he sent me and looks very natural. Dr. Lamperti is the go-to if you care about quality and perfection.

Dr. Lamperti is the best! I met with three other doctors before my consultation with him and I knew right away he was the right one for me. Dr. Lamperti actually listens to his patients and sets up realistic expectations while focusing on achieving an amazing functional and cosmetic outcome. He has wonderful bedside manner and explains everything in detail, he personally emailed me after my consult with more information on things we discussed, and responded promptly to any additional questions I had.
I had revision rhinoplasty to correct breathing issues (collapsed nasal valve) and wanted a subtle change to refine the tip of my nose and correct a hanging columella. I’m beyond thrilled with my results and I’m only two weeks out. I’m posting a before/after photo and I will update as I continue to heal and as swelling goes down more.

I had a total of 4 consultations with different surgeons before deciding Dr Lamperti was who I wanted to do my rhinoplasty surgery. I choose Dr Lamperti because he seemed confident, knowledgeable and experienced. I am so glad I did because I am loving my new nose. I was really nervous leading up to my surgery but the whole experience was great. Dr Lamperti and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Although I looked really scary for about 2-3 weeks, it was worth it. I finally feel comfortable getting my photo taken from my side profile! It’s been 6 months and I do still have a little bit of swelling on the tip of my nose but he did say it can really take a full year. Anyways, I would highly recommend Dr Lamperti!

Dr Lamperti has been a life-changer. I’ve always had a deviated septum, complete with breathing issues and chronic congestion. And then, in my late 40s, I broke my nose. I could scarcely breathe through my nose, and it looked significantly crooked, with a twisted tip. I consulted with Dr Lamperti because of his emphasis on both function and aesthetics, and after our initial meeting, scheduled my procedure with confidence. I am now four months post-op, and still marvel on a daily basis at how much better I can breathe (and how much less tissue I need). My nose is healing beautifully, looking better every week (I had an open procedure, so months of subtle swelling at the tip is to be expected). I couldn’t be happier and truly could never have imagined what a total difference my septorhinoplasty would make: Breathing easy and looking good feels like having my cake and eating it too.

I am So grateful for an excellent result after rhinoplasty with Dr. Lamperti. It’s quite magic to go from a witch looking nose – with the bump, projection plus a mole, to a straight, nice nose. I also had the mole removed. I could never accept my nose no matter how hard I tried but now I have to be careful not to become too proud of my nose! :) Dr. Lamperti has a very pleasant and interesting personality. The fact that he is into arts: music, photography, shows that he is a creative person and has an innate feel for aesthetic, an important aspect for a facial cosmetic surgeon. He is a great listener and understands exactly what you want and give you all the information you need. As for his surgical skills, the many incredibly successful rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions speak for themselves. Another very good thing I would like to mention is that Dr. Lamperti works with wonderful, caring anesthesiologist and is surrounded by an excellent team. I appreciated the nurses’ help, from the first one who welcomed and prepared me for the surgery, to the ones in the operating room and the last one who gave me some extra time until I felt ready to leave the hospital. The last but the least the last, Dr. Lamperti’s personalized approach inspire trust. May God bless Dr. Lamperti for beautifying so many faces and lives!

I went to Dr. Lamperti in 2015 after having two botched rhinoplasty procedures done by another plastic surgeon. Dr. Lamperti actually LISTENED to my concerns and helped rebuild my nose. I had a great experience working with him and was also very pleased with the surgical staff & anesthesiologist. He's the best!

I was quite self-conscious about my pointy, prominent Adam's apple. I was impressed with the before/after pictures on Dr. Lamperti's website and decided to go with him.
I felt very comfortable with him after the consultation. The procedure was a walk in the park (for me). I couldn't have wished for a better outcome. It's been almost 2 weeks since the op and my incision scar is healing very nicely. I highly recommend Dr. Lamperti. Nicest fellow you cou could meet too.

Dr Lamperti is an amazing surgeon, he fixed my nose after a first bad rhinoplasty by another doctor, im so glad he did my revision. He is very kind and I had a really good experience at the hospital, the nurses was so nice and my recovery went well with no pain, no bruises and minimal swelling, cant thank him enough!
