CT scan says: rightward convex nasal septal deviation with partial pneumatization, right middle nasal turbinate unchanged.

It's possible for a deviated septum to cause obstruction and recurrent sinusitis, but Without an exam, it will not be possible to fully evaluate you and give you recommendations.
