I have read to avoid lying down for 4-6 hours after injection, but is it okay to lay face down on the chiropractor's table the next day?

In my opinion, it would be fine to lay face down for a chiropractic adjustment a day after a Xeomin treatment.  I normally do not have my patients limit activity after neuromodulator treatments, such as Xeomin.

Yes, you can get a chiropractic adjustment 26 hours after Xeomin injections. The concern with lying down shortly following treatment is that the neurotoxins could spread throughout the face and interfere with targeted enhancements. However, this is primarily precautionary, as there are few reports of this happening, and it is rarely considered a concern after 4 hours following treatment. After 4 hours, and certainly after 24 hours, you can resume normal activity without hindering the results of your Xeomin treatment.

Hello! I would think that 24 hours later should be more than fine to lay down. The thought is initially after the injection that the neurotoxin may spread too much. I don't believe there's accurate literature to support this. Best of luck!
