I am 5'7 and 140lbs. My butt is very flat from the side and mainly the top area, i also have no hips. I want a bigger butt and wider hips like the photos i've added, and i'd like to know if the doctors here think this is possible ? i've heard of a skinny bbl. I see some before and after pictures with almost no difference but i'd like mine as big as possible with the fat. i'm hoping i wouldn't have to gain a crazy amount of weight.
Answer: Fat is a blessing and a curse The only safe thing to inject in the buttocks in my opinion is fat from your own body. You are lucky to be thin, but there is nowhere near enough fat to make you look like that photo. Additionally, your body structure would not support the circulation needed to feed all of that fat. Gaining weight to have enough to do a transfer is foolish and should not be encouraged. It is fine to admire others' shapes, but each of us is unique.

Answer: BBL After reviewing your photos I think you would benefit from liposuction of medial thighs, flanks and the lower, small of your back. I could see you getting nice results from a low volume fat grafting to hip dips to improve your overall shape however I do not feel you will get the projection you are aiming for since you only have a small amount of fat available, but it will provide a significant difference since you have a small frame.

Answer: BBL candidate Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards

Answer: Would I get nice results from a BBL with my body shape & weight? Hello @madisonvvvl, thank you for your question. A Brazilian Butt lift can greatly improve the shape and proportionality of the body by highlighting the contour at the waist level and improving the characteristics of the gluteal projection without exaggerating, from my perception of beauty. However, the bone structure does not change and remains the same, which influences the outcome of the procedure. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeon for more information and options tailored specifically to your needs. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: BBL candidate Dear madisonvvvl, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
