What procedure can I get to improve this!? (Photo)

Question

About 2 years ago I decided to have a breast list with implants as well as an areola reduction. I had slight case of tuberous breasts which was the reason for the breast lift. Overall I’m so unhappy. The size shape and placement of my areolas is terrible, the scarring around them, and under ky breast are also horrible. I have no idea what to do. I went to an extremely reputable office and board certified Sergeon, I regret ever getting surgery but I need advice on what do from here.

Your nipple/ areolae are sticking out of your bra because you have « bottoming out » at the very least you’ll need a revision mastopexy to:
1.  Reposition your areolae
2. Resize your areolae with a double Benelli mastopexy (incorporating it into your preexisting Anchor type)
3. Revise your widenened hyperpigmented scars.
4. Elevate and stabilise your breast tissue itself perhaps with the added support  of a bioresorbable bra mesh  such as Galashape.

You may wanna change your implant if you’re unhappy with the size, exchange and reposition.

I highly recommend seeing an experienced aesthetic plastic surgeon with experience in breast revision surgery. In my professional opinion, you need a complex breast revision that needs downsizing implants, internal bra for support, and another lift. This may or may not need to be staged based on your measurements. Best of luck!

Then the scars can be addressed one year after surgery. There are different treatments to help with improvement of pigmentation and appearance.

yours is a very unpredictable surgery regarding the results. Without going into many details, and not seeing your preop pics, I think you may very satisfied with revision surgery. 
Money and healing time are a major concern, but you may consider talking with your surgeon about what expectations of revision may be.

The scars can be revised to remove the excess brow. The areolae can be made smaller. The inferior incision can be used to remove the excess skin and tighten the breasts. Then, micro-needling can be done to help the scars heal well.
