I highly recommend seeing an experienced aesthetic plastic surgeon with experience in breast revision surgery. In my professional opinion, you need a complex breast revision that needs downsizing implants, internal bra for support, and another lift. Hello, thank you for your question. Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your outcome. I would suggest speaking to your plastic surgeon to see what can be done to improve the appearance. Then the scars can be addressed one year after surgery. There are different treatments to help with improvement of pigmentation and appearance.

yours is a very unpredictable surgery regarding the results. Without going into many details, and not seeing your preop pics, I think you may very satisfied with revision surgery.
Money and healing time are a major concern, but you may consider talking with your surgeon about what expectations of revision may be.

Your nipple/ areolae are sticking out of your bra because you have « bottoming out » at the very least you’ll need a revision mastopexy to:
1. Reposition your areolae
2. Resize your areolae with a double Benelli mastopexy (incorporating it into your preexisting Anchor type)
3. Revise your widenened hyperpigmented scars.
4. Elevate and stabilise your breast tissue itself perhaps with the added support of a bioresorbable bra mesh such as Galashape.

You may wanna change your implant if you’re unhappy with the size, exchange and reposition.

You would benefit from reduction of larger breast and scar revision. It is important to understand that some patients develop scars more visible, stretched and pigmented, which is not always the result of poor surgical technique. Second opinion consult may be considered. Hope this helps.

The scars can be revised to remove the excess brow. The areolae can be made smaller. The inferior incision can be used to remove the excess skin and tighten the breasts. Then, micro-needling can be done to help the scars heal well.
