I’m having a MMO with lift and implants. Considering I’m going to need an extensive lift, what is the maximum safe size of implant I can do at the same time? Or is it best to do lift with autoaugmentation, heal and go back for implants later? Also what are some recommendations for things I can do pre-op and post-op as preventative action to help my body heal and prevent wounds and necrosis?
Answer: Lift For you, it might best to do the lift first with the anchor incision. then 6 months later add implants. This will be safer to your skin and your nipples.

Answer: Breast lift preparedness Hello, thank you for your question. Its difficult to say how your scars will heal despite all of your efforts. What we do know is that being healthy having enough caloric intake is essential for healing and eating lots of greens. Of course things to avoid would be cigarettes and alcohol. Discuss your options with your plastic surgeon and be sure to bring in wish pics of someone with a similar frame and size. Feel free to check out website for some before and afters.

Answer: Implant size Dear KJJ7, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast length ft with implants Thank you for your question. I understand your concern but it is difficult to give size advice without seeing you in person. In general, though, I try to stay around 350cc. With your size and shape breasts, auto augmentation would be a great way to go unless you want to be appreciably larger. As far a what you can do prior to surgery I think healthy lifestyle and diet is adequate. I don’t believe supplements help that much. Postoperative I think minimize activity and careful arm movement is about all you can do.
