Can I get a breast lift w/ implants if milk still comes out when I squeeze?

I stopped breastfeeding 6.5 months ago and have not had any stimulation to my breast at all in those 6/5 months. I want to have surgery for my breasts asap, but when I squeeze my nipples a little droplet of milk still comes out. If I were to have surgery now, would this be a problem?
