Can I get a breast lift w/ implants if milk still comes out when I squeeze?

It will be safe as long as the implants are placed prior to the breast lift, and that they're placed through an inframammary incision with your nipples covered with sterile adhesive covers. To be clear, it would be one operation, but the order of procedures is implants first and secured in place, then lift. Some women can express fluid from their nipples for many years.

Some women will always make a tiny bit of milk when the breasts and/or nipples squeezed. However, you should be able to have surgery now.

I’ve had multiple patients still minimally lactating while I performed their breast augmentation. Not optimal, but There should be no problem.
