breastfeeding two babies has brought them to their absolute worst. I was looking sooooo forward to having my mastopexy with implants (natural look) but my doctor said that since my right breast is lower than my Left(he needs to lift more than 7cm). Due to this side he wants to ensure proper healing and blood flow to the nipple etc. I do trust him, but all of this for 1 additional CM?! I’m devesated that I can’t get my implant at the same time. It will be double the cost/down time. I’m a 36C
Answer: Staged is safer I agree with your surgeon that a staged approach would be the safest option in your case due to the amount that the nipple needs to be lifted. In your case I would recommend performing a breast lift with autoaugmentation. Some patient's may decide that they are very happy after just that. If you decided that you still wanted to do implants in the future, it would be possible after allowing things to heal for several months.

Answer: Breast lift with implant Hello, thank you for your question. It is possible to complete both of those surgeries into one. Each plastic surgeon may approach things a bit different. Here we prefer implant with the lift. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your wants. If this is something you are really looking to achieve then try to find someone who fits your needs but if you love the post op photos and the work the plastic surgeon does perhaps you should consider what is more important to you. take your time

Answer: Surgery Some surgeons will do the lift first and then add implants, and some will do them together. Each surgeon has his/her preference based on training and experience. The safest approach is to do the two separately. I'm sure you can find someone to do just one procedure if you want, but you may need an internal bra with mesh.

Answer: Combination of procedures Dear Philosophical668205, I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others. Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
