breastfeeding two babies has brought them to their absolute worst. I was looking sooooo forward to having my mastopexy with implants (natural look) but my doctor said that since my right breast is lower than my Left(he needs to lift more than 7cm). Due to this side he wants to ensure proper healing and blood flow to the nipple etc. I do trust him, but all of this for 1 additional CM?! I’m devesated that I can’t get my implant at the same time. It will be double the cost/down time. I’m a 36C

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lift and later implants or together? For years plastic surgeons always did the lift first and then at a later operation they performed the augmentation. That was standard. However, for at least the last fifteen years, most of us now perform the lift with the implant at the same time. However, occasionally there are situations where the surgeon may think it is better to do the lift first and wait and then place the implant later for technical reasons. If you trust your surgeon and you feel comfortable with them then I would stick with that surgeon as they have a good reason for doing what they do. Another surgeon might perform the lift and augmentation at the same time and that wouldn't be wrong either. It is all surgeon preference.
