I have an ideal straight dorsum, no bumps, humps or nothing BUT I want to have a much more concave dorsum like the one in the first image. As you can see the part that stretches from the forehead down to the nasal tip makes more of a C letter while a straight dorsum (image 2) makes more of an L shape from forehead down the nasal bridge. I want to have a more concave dorsum like the first image because it makes people look a lot younger with a more upturned nose and is just cuter for a female.

Thanks for your question. My opinion is - never put a silicone implant in the nose. Your new nose has to last you the rest of your lifetime. 20 or 30 years from now you can still get an infected silicone implants which cause the implant to break through the skin (extrude)....
Hello. This is totally normal. You may have to go back to your rhinoplasty specialist and have your airway examined and suctioned. This type of material often accumulates in the weeks after a nasal procedure is done.
