Can I have a rhinoplasty that would take me from a straight dorsum to a concave dorsum while having my nasal tip lifted? (Photo)

I have an ideal straight dorsum, no bumps, humps or nothing BUT I want to have a much more concave dorsum like the one in the first image. As you can see the part that stretches from the forehead down to the nasal tip makes more of a C letter while a straight dorsum (image 2) makes more of an L shape from forehead down the nasal bridge. I want to have a more concave dorsum like the first image because it makes people look a lot younger with a more upturned nose and is just cuter for a female.
