Male, 26 years old. Should I get hairline lowering surgery + FUE ? (Photo)

I cannot think of a scenario where hairline lowering would be a good idea in a male who will inevitably experience frontal hairline recession and eventually a large and visible scar.  FUE is absolutely the way to proceed..  

Unfortunately that doesn't seem like a good strategy.  You would be a better candidate for hair transplantation understanding that as you continue to loose hair, additional transplants would be needed.

I believe that a hairline advancement surgery should never be done on a male. The reason is that recession often occurs in men and balding in general will be accelerated by a hair line advancement surgery
