I had a rhino-septo plastic surgery with fat transfer to the lips in February . I got fat transferred from my abs to the lips . They were swollen for the first 2 weeks , looked really plum and delicious for 2-3 months . Dr Ende straightened the airways and made the appearance of my nose look smaller and pointed out, while it has a natural look I’m very happy with the results, I can finally breathe again!!! Thank you Dr Ende , you are the best !

I went to Dr. Ende for a hairline lowering procedure and I had a really great experience. The nurses that worked with me were so kind and welcoming and you can tell right away upon speaking to Dr. Ende that he is very knowledgeable and has a real passion for hairline procedures. He gave me clear expectations of how much he could lower and also let me know that people with my type of hairline usually prefer to get a hair transplant afterwards but he did not pressure me at all into doing so. The day of the procedure he carefully marked out lines where he would lower the forehead and took pictures and made sure I was happy with it. On the second day I was feeling better already and didn’t need pain medicine after the third day. After a couple weeks it was barely even noticeable I had something done. I’m in love with my hairline now especially because it’s something I’ve wanted to do for about a decade. I look forward to going to post op appointments as the staff are all incredibly kind and seem to look forward to having you back as well and genuinely care about your well-being and recovery. I’ll be going back to him for a hair transplant to round out my corners as well. I highly recommend Dr. Ende for any hairline lowering or transplant procedures.

Dr. Ende is the best you're going to find. About one year ago I knew I wanted to get something done for my high hairline. I have no history of hair loss, just a naturally high hairline/large forehead. I had only heard about hair restoration shortly before I started meeting with doctors and surgeons in the tri-state area to discuss some options. I met with ~5 doctors before meeting Dr. Ende.

I felt immediately comfortable and supported upon meeting him and knew he would be the best fit. He's extremely skilled in his trade and won't pressure you into anything, he's only there to educate and guide you in the right direction according to your needs. He answered all of my (lots of them) questions and eased any nerves I had while researching procedures. Fast forward several months and I decided to move forward with the FUT hair transplant with Dr. Ende.

The entire experience with this doctor and his office was incredible. It was my first time ever undergoing any type of surgery, but they helped me feel prepared and comfortable every step of the way. The procedure and healing process were essentially painless (thanks to some lovely meds) and after about 7 days of rest, all the scabs fell off and I was able to go about my normal life again. I'm now one-month post-op and my new, transplanted hairs are already starting to grow in. I'm so happy with my results and forever thankful for Dr. Ende and his team. My life has definitely been changed for the better!

I visited Dr. Ende in his Englewood office. I choose him due to his experience and reviews. I got lip fillers and the experience was very pleasant. His englewood office is beautiful and really modern. I highly recommend Dr. Ende for cosmetic injections.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Ende. I had no pain at all when getting my fillers and Botox and the results were absolutely perfect. I can’t wait to go back again- the office was very clean and overall was a very pleasant experience - 5 stars !

I had juvederm and Botox with Dr Ende and I was so pleased with the results! Juvederm in my tear ducts and checks and lips and Botox for my 11’a. I will definitely be coming back soon. The office was very clean and the staff very courteous. Highly recommend. Perfect location in Englewood NJ

I rarely write recommendations because I figure that word-of-mouth will allow the top talent to rise on their own, over time. In this case, I write to recommend Dr. Kevin Ende thinking that honest recommendations will allow him to rise that much faster. He is a top talent.
I can begin with the Botox work he does on my face. I've seen many doctors over the years ranging from dermatologists to others, who have given me Botox through the years; I’m 55 and regular Botox treatments are part of my routine. I get Botox around the eyes, between the eyes, and on my upper forehead. Previously with other doctors, their treatments would leave me with a “fixed” almost angry look; where the eyebrows looked like they fall down in the front. With Dr. Ende, however, and I’ve had many Botox treatments with him, the look is always natural; delighted that the eyebrows always maintain their normal shape allowing for a younger-looking forehead and eyes. Very pleased, always! People notice the younger look and I recommend him highly for Botox.
In terms of larger work, I chose Dr. Ende after a very long search among a lot of plastic surgeons. I am male and knew what I wanted to be done; other doctors would just tell me what they wanted to do – very small increments of work at a time. From Commonwealth Avenue in Boston to Fifth Avenue in NYC, I spoke with a number of different plastic surgeons, each charging a consulting fee. With Dr. Ende, I got right away the feeling of expertise and experience. He heard what I said clearly and gave me exactly what I wanted. I knew that I was in expert hands; before doing any work, he explained carefully and skillfully what I could hope for, what to expect, and realistically what was fantasy. He was pleasant, professional, and experienced. I knew he was the surgeon for me and so had a full-face lift with Dr. Ende; the results far exceed my expectations. Each time I look in the mirror I'm reminded of my good decision to work with Dr. Ende – he took years off my face and neck, my eyes, and my attitude. My face lift with Dr. Ende remains one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I look younger and healthier and couldn’t have hoped for more. And these positive effects have helped tremendously on the work front. I recommend him highly because of his skill and expertise, and experience.
Last, I’m interested in work around my mouth in the near future. Of course, Dr. Ende! Again, he spent time speaking with me about what I could expect, healing, and cost. Very thorough. There is no other plastic surgeon for me – he is a wise doctor, an expert surgeon, an important resource for patients.

Dr. Ende is the best I had the lower Blepharoplasty done and I am very happy with the results! Dr. Ende explained everything to me before the surgery. The surgery was quick and successful! I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Ende for facial surgery's. I can now look people in the eyes and not feel like they are saying she look so tired!!!

From my first appointment I was made to feel welcome and comfortable about he entire process. Even though it was a decision to have elective surgery it made me feel nervous. But everyone made me feel comfortable and know that I was in good hands. Dr. Ende is a gentle soul and a really good listener. When I explained how nervous I was to him. he was very comforting and understanding with my decision.

I went online too look for other surgeons because my doctor recommended places that I didn't feel comfortable with. And I found Lexington Plastic Surgeons. I came here with insurance that they accepted and I'm so happy I did. They have great staff and Dr. Jones and Dr. Ende both removed my keloids for me he is an really down to earth person. They explained all information that i needed to know in regards to my pre op and post op care.
