I want to get the hair graft to round out my forehead as well as make it look natural and I feel like my forehead protrudes a LOT. Is it possible to shave a tad bit of my frontal bone? If it is necessary?

Answer: Forehead reduction and brow reduction new york I would agree that based on your photos, you appear to be a candidate for hairline lowering with brow bone reduction at the same time as well as hair transplant to help shape your hairline. You would need a CT scan first to see how thick the brow/frontal bone is and get a better understanding of how much reduction is possible if any.

In addition, conservative forehead shaving (contouring) may further improve appearance. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience both in reconstructive and aesthetic facial surgery is recommended. Good luck.
