I plan on getting forehead reduction and hair graft to get my desired forehead. Can I shave my forehead bone structure? (Photo)

I want to get the hair graft to round out my forehead as well as make it look natural and I feel like my forehead protrudes a LOT. Is it possible to shave a tad bit of my frontal bone? If it is necessary?

I'm not aware of any non-surgical ways to lower a hairline. We can lower hairlines with forehead reduction surgery or with hair transplants. Forehead reduction tends to be the better option for most patients in my experience.Best,

It is not clear from your photos what kind and how extensive forehead and orbital reconstruction you may need. This issue would be best addressed on the basis of in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in craniofacial surgery. Good luck.
