I had a lateral endoscopic brow lift 8 months ago. Unfortunately, it did not just lift the tail end of my brow...my central hairline went up as well (perhaps because I have a fairly flexible scalp?) Truthfully it has not gone up much, but my forehead appears taller and my hair does not fall the same. Do I have any non surgical options? If not, will my hairline/forehead return to its pre surgical state with aging? Thank you in advance!

From board-certified doctors and trusted medical professionals
It is not clear from your photos what kind and how extensive forehead and orbital reconstruction you may need. This issue would be best addressed on the basis of in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in craniofacial surgery. Good luck.
All surgeries have risks and benefits. There is no specific country considered "safest". It is best to start with doing you own due diligent research and seeing the doctors in person for consultations with doctors in your area.
Your eyebrow position appears normal, so a brow lift would be unnecessary. Botox can address some asymmetry. Consider a lower blepharoplasty procedure to address the bags in your lower lids. Hair Transplants to the scalp can help address the asymmetries in the forehead area.
