Would 500cc each cheek be enough to fill in my hip dips? (Photos)

  If  you are in good health, you could be a good candidate for liposuction, Brazilian buttlift (BBL), and tummy tuck.  Fat can be taken from many different areas of the  body including abdomen, sides, bra rolls, arms, underarms,  flanks, lower back, upper back, posterior neck, submental areas, jowls, thighs, calves, ankles, and inner knees. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to  consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with  the liposuction.  In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but,  if those sites are not available, other areas can be used. 
I perform the tummy tuck and liposuction/BBL combination frequently,  because many of my patients only want to go through surgery and recovery one time.   Recovery can be challenging and uncomfortable.   However, there are creative ways to manage the recovery position.  Pillows can be placed under the lower back and the posterior thighs and patients can sleep on the back.  A cushion with a hole cut out can perform a similar role.  There is also a mattress with a hole into which you can place your buttocks and sleep on your back.
You could stage the procedures and have the tummy tuck done first; then the liposuction and BBL.  However, the result will not be as tight as liposuction and BBL  first and then tummy tuck.   Both can be performed at the same time, but the upper abdomen cannot be aggressively liposuctioned at the time of the tummy tuck due to blood supply issues.

no plastic surgeon will be able to tell you for sure if 500 cc is enough. Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and TT. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

Hello and thank you for sharing your photos. In my opinion, based on your size, 500 cc's will be enough to fill in the hip dips. The tummy tuck will give you a flat stomach and it is possible to harvest fat from that area as well. Each state has different guidelines when it comes to surgery. I recommend consulting with several different board certified plastic surgeons (in different states) to know all of the options available.
