Would 500cc each cheek be enough to fill in my hip dips? (Photos)

I'm 4'11, 105lbs I need a BBL and TT! I was consider going to Miami. I know that in State of Florida when performing a TT, they can take only 1 liter of fat for a BBL. I'm wondering would 500cc in each cheek be enough to fill in my hip dips for a BBL. I would like to achieve a flat stomach and fill in my dips. I'm only 4'11 I don't need a real big booty, I just need to know would 500cc be enough? I'm open to other states. Please help.

If  you are in good health, you could be a good candidate for liposuction, Brazilian buttlift (BBL), and tummy tuck.  Fat can be taken from many different areas of the  body including abdomen, sides, bra rolls, arms, underarms,  flanks, lower back, upper back, posterior neck, submental areas, jowls, thighs, calves, ankles, and inner knees. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to  consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with  the liposuction.  In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but,  if those sites are not available, other areas can be used. 
I perform the tummy tuck and liposuction/BBL combination frequently,  because many of my patients only want to go through surgery and recovery one time.   Recovery can be challenging and uncomfortable.   However, there are creative ways to manage the recovery position.  Pillows can be placed under the lower back and the posterior thighs and patients can sleep on the back.  A cushion with a hole cut out can perform a similar role.  There is also a mattress with a hole into which you can place your buttocks and sleep on your back. 
You could stage the procedures and have the tummy tuck done first; then the liposuction and BBL.  However, the result will not be as tight as liposuction and BBL  first and then tummy tuck.   Both can be performed at the same time, but the upper abdomen cannot be aggressively liposuctioned at the time of the tummy tuck due to blood supply issues.

In this regard, I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.
Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

no plastic surgeon will be able to tell you for sure if 500 cc is enough. Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and TT. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

You appear to have enough fat on your sides and lower back to transfer to your buttocks while doing your tummy tuck as well.  As far as volume, 500cc's may be enough, but I would use whatever you have to fully fill the hip dips and reshape the buttocks.  I would not discard any of the excess fat above 1000cc's.Dr T

You would benefit from a BBL and TT. The maximum amount of fat removed in one session is 5L. That being said, this should be enough fat to achieve your desired buttock aesthetic. The TT would comprehensively remove the excess skin and fat from your abdominal region, as well as tighten the abdominal muscle to create a 'flatter' stomach. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. Technically you do not have hip dips. Your hips have a convex curvature not concave. Perhaps you were referring to the lack of volume in the lateral buttocks.Regardless I don’t think your provider will harvest much more than 1000 mL of fat because of your size. 500 mL It’s probably about the right volume though any fat that’s harvested should be used.Smaller people need less volumes so in your case 500 mL may be just enough. My typical volume for someone with your body contour would probably be closer to 700 mL but your petite so 500 may do the trick.The impact of well done Liposuction in conjunction with fat transfer is probably as important if not more important than how the fact is grafted including the volume it used.A lot depends on how far out that is crafted. Some plastic surgeons blend grafted fat well onto the fire while other focus it just on the buttocks.  if someone is trying to create a more diffuse volume enhancement then much more fat is often needed. If it’s focused on one specific area then we can get it away with less volume.I suggest staying local for elective surgical procedures.I also suggest having in person consultations where all of these topics can be discussed and addressed before surgery.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Hello and thank you for sharing your photos. In my opinion, based on your size, 500 cc's will be enough to fill in the hip dips. The tummy tuck will give you a flat stomach and it is possible to harvest fat from that area as well. Each state has different guidelines when it comes to surgery. I recommend consulting with several different board certified plastic surgeons (in different states) to know all of the options available.
