Am I too skinny for a BBL at 5'1 and 123lbs? (Photos)

Thanks for your question. Based on your photos you don't appear to have enough fat available for a dramatic result form a Brazilian butt lift procedure. You can definitely improve your overall shape with liposuctiuon and fat transfer to the buttocks although you will not achieve the looks you're showing on your wish pics. You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

I can say you're a good candidate for a BBL, this would give you great results and improve the look of your butt. Your wish pics are a little bit unrealistic, but trust me, a good doctor would give you a great result and get the best of you!

I have had great success with BBLs for thinner women, but these surgeries are not easy. Maximal fat must be harvested without creating any contour deformities. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. There are a lot of women who can get nice results from the BBL despite thinking that there is not enough fat. Schedule an email, Skype, or in-office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in thin patients. I perform about 500 BBLs each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.

An experienced lipoplasty surgeon should be able to harvest enough fat to give you a nice result.  I'd estimate maybe 500cc per side.  When combined with the liposuction of your waist and your overall small size this would give a significant result.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a modest BBL, or buttocks implants, if you want big results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

You are too thin for an impressive BBL results. The amount of fat that could be harvested it’s probably half of the ideal amount and even that is still for a modest augmentation. The women in your wish pictures have completely different skin and all structures and their images do not apply to yours.I would say you are too thin and should consider skipping this procedure.i’m not a fan of anyone gaining weight to do a fat transfer. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
